Minor ENGINE swap - VTEC into a non-VTEC

I have a 95 Ody F22B6 with 225k and was wondering about the fit of the '98 VTEC motor or an Accord VTEC motor. I assume it would be very similar to a VTEC (EX) motor into a non-VTEC (LX) Accord.

Accords that are 96+ have OBD II which would make the swap more complicated. If you want Vtec I'd go with a 95 Accord motor and ECU.
