Why do NA mods if you are going FI? Doesn't make sense.

well,
stage stage 2 or 3 super charger will require forged pistons and for max performance need headers too. NA + FI crazzines...

Why? He's talking about putting forged internals in it.. and people like sikyute are running 300+ WHP on a stock motor. I'm feeling more longevity out of his motor rather than theirs if he goes through with that.

Nice mods planned, more vids when you get them! Sorry about the music crack.. I'm not very cultural

Just an FYI those redshift superchargers aren't that close to being built
so put your 5000 miles on very slowly lol

I'm not sure, but the Stage 2 Redshift SC that is planned is fine on stock internals. It's not that high boost, and the Crank TQ rating is supposedly (still no actual numbers) under 250 which someone (sikyute and others?) stated was the magic number to stay under for stock internals.

Yep, I sent them an e-mail since I'm curious about the setup. They are awaiting their order of Lysholm Twin-screw chargers to get in from overseas.

Putting forged pistons etc into a motor doesnt have anything to with it being N/A or not. If you have any kind of F/I on it any mkods you do are not considered N/A.....so therefore that should say: built motor + FI = crazzines...

A naturally-aspirated (NA) engine or normally-aspirated engine (or "NA" - aspiration meaning breathing) refers to an internal combustion engine (normally petrol or diesel powered) that is neither turbocharged nor supercharged.

You cant have both at the same time buddy.

You might want to be careful with a stage 2 supercharger. There is no good fuel tuning (that I hear of) for a stage 2 supercharger. You risk detonation problems. The Hondata reflash I think is geared more towards stage 1. In addition, you will not be able to get it smogged in California with a stage 2.

I have pulleys to do a "stage 2" upgrade on my Comptech Supercharger, but am holding off until Hondata does something.

Just something to think about.

You don't need forged pistons for the stage 2, but you would for the stage three, not to mention cams, springs and retainers. And again, there is the whole nasty fuel tuning issue.
