Default 00 Civic Si - What's the best Carbon Fiber Hood for my car?

I have a 2000 civic SI

just wondering what kind of Carbon fiber hoods you all are using?

im currently using a Seibon and most likely going to be returning it due to fitment issues.

That's strange. The few Seibon hoods I've seen had really good fitment. Even more so than the Vis hoods I've seen. Maybe you just got a bad one.

yea, the company i ordered the Seibon through, is going to try to reorder and maybe itll be better. It just has a little raise on the drivers side in the middle. The hood should be moe at a slant and the hood just isnt. So when im driving on the highway, that side shakes so much, and the other side doesnt move..

just for everyones reference the Vis hood and Seibon hood will fit the same per say. They buy them from the same manufacture. It just all depends on the person or group doing the post assembly. The biggest problem is they box them before they are fully cures. so they sit on a container from china while they are still curing so the take the shape of the box

don't quote me on this one but I think they are the same manufacture as well. Almost 80% off all carbon hoods and trunks/hatches in our market come from the same factory. Just all private labeled. Just sway clear of c-wings

most of the complaints I have heard is they turn yellow within a couple months. I have had 2 ViS hoods on my cars before I got into it and they both turned yellow. My Accord hood did not fit very will too

first off, it has dimples where the top layer is glued to the skeleton. second, it looks like the middle is sagging. this was all within one summer, car is never outside baking in the sun either. good enough reasons? no problems so far with yellowing but i'm sure that will probably happen soon...

so far i've tried vis and all I got to say is STAY AWAY. My hood looks okay from the top but everything else is horrible, especially the underside. Fitment also sucks as, but b/c vis customer service is so bad and the person I bought it from goes with what vis had to say, I'm stuck.
