I am selling my cams it has one adjustable cam gear on the exhaust side and type-r cam gear on intake cam... these cams are awsoeme they idle when cold at 1250rpms and when hot 1000rpms incredible power band and torque I had a 22.5 hp increase on my b20 vtec if you need to know the specs you can get them here http://images.google.com/imgre...a%3DG
