suggested tire size for 15x7 sportmax 002's
I just got my first integra, a 92 DA9 LS. Im gonna be lowering it with the Tokico HP series suspension kit, i think its 1.5". I'm also getting the Sportmax 002 15x7 rims in red. I was just wondering what tire size would be good without stretching the tire. and also what would be a good cheap tire to get. thanks in advance
I would recommend 205/50/15 at first notion but check with http://tire.com
for fitments on width of rims.
My 92 hatch with nuespeed springs and 1.5 inch drop does not like 205/55/15's and rubs when I hit bumps or corner at around 35-40 mph.

yea 205/50/15 is pretty much the standard for 15x6.5 or 15x7 on a lowered car. I used to have the Direzza DZ101's on my last set of wheels and really like them. theyre also pretty cheap on tire rack.

You can use 205/50-15 (outer diameter 0.6 percent smaller than the stock 195/60-14 size) or 195/55-15 (1.0 percent larger).
The Tire Rack has the Kumho SPT in 195/55-15 and they're better than the Direzza DZ101. But the DZ101 (which comes in both sizes) is cheaper now that Dunlop has a $50 rebate on a set of four. Your choice.
