need opinions on bodywork

on my recent acquired 90 dx the rocker panels are a lil dented up im just curious to what you guys think i should do besides welding a new ones in...

That's like trying to get a body shop to give you a quote over the phone??
How are we supposed to give any realistic advice w/o any pics???
