is this the oem optional rear valence? u can maybe screw it on or use very strong double sided adhesive...and if it is the oem optional one than yes...put it on

Looks like a rear valance to me. When I pulled mine off and cleaned under them, I remounted them with LOTS of 3M double sided tape.

does the double sided tape really work that well??

I used a **** ton on mine and it works excellent.

I have had snow and ice hanging off it and on the inside of it without compromising the fitment 1 bit.
