i have a 99 gsr with a greddy turbo kit. with intercooler. imma run it with a fmu 12:1 ratio. is that good or should i run it with my hondata even though i dont know how to hook it up. what problem will a fmu bring to my engine or my turbo.

Hondata without a doubt. Get out of the 90s with that FMU.

emanage is a fuel controller only, hondata is a fuel and ignition controller, major differece there. unless your talking about emanage ultimate that can do both but is more expensive than s200 so s200 gets my vote.

hondata over the emanage, but if you are talking about an ultimate, thats a decent choice, but i would still go with the hondata.

I run Emanage on my LS-T......desent system, but if you have hondata then go with it. Emanage does control ignition timing too.

i was waiting for that, hondata works with obd1 ecus so you would have to get an chipped obd1 ecu and conversion harness to run the hondata. it wont pass smog and i cant remember if the emanage is 50 state legal or not. you might as well get the hondata and convert back to stock for smog.

Nonmodified Greddy turbo kit with Emanage IS Smog legal in CA.
Instructions on installing Emanage can be found on Emanage website or Greddy website.
Note: Emanage will be smog legal ONLY if The protection sticker on it is not removed.
