JDM fuse box layout

JDM fuse box layout
Hi. I have a JDM 4th gen prelude and one if the fuses keeps blowing. Thing is that, along with everything else on the car, the fuse box markings are in japenese. Is there anywhere on the web that will tell me which fuse is which?

Which fuse is blowing. I got my hands on the Maintainence repair and construction, Shop manual few weeks ago. Should be able to help.

What a coinsidense! 
Still haven't got any money together for nitrous!
I've uploaded a pic of the fusebox cover and circiled the one that blows. - My fan isn't working either and the car is ovrheating too
(maybe thats the fuse thats going?)
