I wouldn't lower it very much at all. I have an h22 dc2 and the h22 headers and oil pan sit much lower than a b series, and if u lower it and go over speed bumps, railroad tracks, or bumps in the road ur ganna scrape the crap outa ur headers and oil pan. my teg is at stock height and I've only scraped the headers once going over a speed bump, not much room for clearance, but I'm sure an inch or so wouldn't be so bad. Also, then u gotta worry about the axles angles being worse, with an h22 they're at a bad angle as it is, if u lower ur car alot it's ganna put more stress on ur axles.

your oil pan will be two inches off the ground with a standard drop....

You can't ride too low. I had to raise my suspension to clear the header and pan. I have the swap in my DC.

then a full H22 swap is not for you. The H2B has good ground clearance

Ground clearance is always an issue with H22 EG/DC swaps. I have a 3 inch downpipe thats has a pretty good size dent in it. You just have to be alot more careful with this setup. Since I put the 17's on, I havent scraped my oil pan.
