i have a 1990 integra b18b stock motor automatic. the problem happens once n a while. the car drives in the freeway at 60mph suddenly the mph drops down to 20 mph for about 3sec and the car bog alittle. after 3 sec the it goes back to 60mph on the gauge again.

could be a the alternator?

 

Could be your VSS or distributor going bad. Or a loose ground.
