Default new beater 87 crx si

i know its not an ef but a mod. can move it if wanted.

i just wanted to announce that i have just won myself a 1987 crx si, fresh paint, black interior and exterior, lowered, walbro 255 fuel pump, autometer fuel pressure regulator with 6an braided fuel lines, 6an fittings, and russel filter.

Cost me 985$ and im assuming the cost of title transfer, license plate and all that stuffs. assuming the guy messages me back i will be taking pics of it tonight.

and its not TECHNICALLY the correct forum because its not an EF but h-t doesn't have a forum for these...

LOL... yea i know... im so twitchy because I'm waiting for the guy to get back to me... i noticed that he became an eBay member feb. 15, so he probably only became a member to sell this car, also he had the car listed twice, one with a starting bid of 1,500 but no one bid on it and one that had a low start price, that i won... so i don't know...

I'm hoping to go look at it tonight, although i do not have the money tonight nor will we be able to transfer it to my name anyway, I'm planning on paying and transferring it Tuesday, if anything seems fishy with him or anything wrong with the car i will just turn around, and leave bad feedback, say he did not disclose about anything.

and i did ask him questions before hand but he did not reply...

Good Luck, My first car was an 86 Crx. Ive ran every motor in this car and I loved this car. You have more options than you think. I can post pics If you want. Got it down to Low 12's on the motor.

Actually, if you wanna get TECHNICAL (lol) this is the Honda CRX forum / EF Civic. All CRX's and only EF Civics...... although nobodys gonna grip over a 1st-3rd gen Civic posts poppin up lol

again getting technical, you cant leave him bad feedback for that, it's not his obligation to respond to your questions, nor is it yours to bid, so if you bid you buy. (thats how eBay goes)
Now if the guy seriously misrepresented the car, thats a different story....

But at $985 unless its ****** trashed inside and out I'd cop up on it, thats a great car right there, rarer too. and as the other guy said, theres a good deal of support for the 1st gens (and you got a easy starting ground with it being an SI with FI

good luck on your buy!
