Default b18c or type r ?

How can you tell the difference between the b18c gsr and the b18c type r. If you dont have the valve cover and the in take manifold. thanks in advance

green paint near dizzy. if is USDM GSR it will say B18C1 not B18C

the jdm motors there are no c1 or c5 only b18c
