Default greddy turbo question?

i have a 94 4dr integra gsr, and i wanted to turbocharge it with a greddy street leagal turbo kit. they only make it for the 96 up integra gsr and i just wanna know if ill pass smog with a obd1 to obd2 conversion harnest for the ecm? or is there another way around it? and is $3900 for a brand new complete greddy turbo kit with intercooler, BOV, Turbo timer, and boost gauge with gauge pod a good deal or is it too much for it?

$3900 is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much especially for a greddy kit. Put together your own kit and you'll probably have enough money for some rods and pistons too. You can probably find someone selling their kit on here for $1500-2000.

No u won't pass smog. The kit is made specificaly for the 96-99 GSR's because it would not pass emmisions on the 94-95 or the 00-01. The ecu isn't the only difference. Unless you have a BAR sticker stating that you have a swap from a 96-99, it won't pass.
