Need ZC gears for hybrid Si tranny
Is it possible to source new ZC gear sets? I am getting my tranny rebuilt and really like the 1-4 ZC gears with the Si final drive. But I want to use new.

I don't think you'd be able to purchase them new as a manufacturer only needs to stock a part for 10 / 15 years legally. And you may be able to find the same gear ratios domestically if you want new.
