Well the East coast is covered what about the people west of the Mississippi? I am in Northern Arizona and planning on taking I-40 the whole way out.

Hopeing to start driving early saturday morning, stop over night a little over half way and then drive the rest of the way sunday arriving sunday evening.

well I missed this for stupid **** the last 6 times and it wont happen again, already have the hotel booked and the days marked off of work. I am just happy the wife is excited about it too

 

I personally have a cold beer waiting for anyone that makes the journey west. I understand how frustrating it must be that you all have to travel so far, and hopefully one of these years there will be enough interest for a west coast event.

haha thanks I will probably be needing some beers after that haul 2077 each way... the only thing I am really worried about is checking in at the hotel. I need to check with Tammy to see how late they allow people to check in, because I have a feeling we wont be there until 8-9 or so Sunday evening.

Well i don't have an R anymore so i'm flying out this year. Would have been cool to caravan.

 

i would be down to make a SW caravan with you to expo 7 if i can get my caR running in time

I'll be towing the Race RRRRRRRRRRR from the Dallas, Texas area. Not sure if I am going to take 40 to 81 to Rt58 or 20 to 85 to Rt29 to Rt58.

I guess maybe you should edit your first post to list people who can join the caravan?

 

added the directions and picture I am not sure exactly if thats the full route I want to go, but it seems pretty easy. I am up for changes as to include other people that plan on making the drive out

Do you have an ITR aswell or just the RSX-s? Either way thats some serious commitment man lol I would seriously consider rolling with you if i could get the time off... not sure if they allow 06 Si's tho...?

I think I will do it in 2 stages, I dont know if I can make it all the way to nashville its 1500 miles, Memphis is only 1300 which seems more reasonable.

But since the wife is helping me drive who knows? Like I said its kind of up in the air, I have a friend with a place in memphis I could crash at, but if I meet up with you guys along the way... ?

well I went to SoCal a few years back just for a Team Integra get together, (drove 6 hours to hang out for 2 then drove 7 hours home f'in evening socal traffic...) I figured this was a little more special . Pack up your stuff and come along

 

If I have the money to make the trip, count me in on your caravan! Maybe KOALA YUMMIES too?! I'll have to harass him about it...

 

nice just keep me posted getting pretty close. I should have my car all ready for the event next week. Just picked up some tires today and new suspension gets installed mid week.

good deal, I am not 100% on the route either. I have a friend that lives in Memphis, TN that said I could crash a night at his place. But other than that I was just looking for the quickest way there and back home. It is a hell of a road trip. If you come up with a good route let me know, otherwise looks like it will be mostly I-40 for me.

 

Yeah I drive back to chicago for the summers so I've done like half that route about a dozen times, but I'm actually planning on driving back tomorrow so I dont know if I'll just be heading out from there now I know.
