Default best radio dash kit for integra 3rd gen

what is the best fitting radio dash kit or my dc2. i have had bad luck with scosche and a couple other shitty ones. its for an alpine deck. whats worked for you?

PS, the 99-7892 is the one I prefer, the 99-7898 will allow you to "ISO" mount the HU, moving it a little farther back in the dash, [flush if you want].

Yea use metra or american inernational either u can get from like circuit city for like 20 bucks fitment on either is perfect but there are some of the tabs on the side that the instructions tell u to snap off but I left them on so it would fit more securely in there

Circuit City only carries Metra 7898, not Ai, and not 7892.

If you don't snap off the tabs in tells you to, the dash kit will have sections that are bowed in. Follow the instructions exactly. There is no benefit to leaving tabs that wont clip onto anything.

are you suposed to snap off the 2 big, thicker tabs at the top of the plastic?, the part that meets the rest of the dash

duct taping the new deck to the factory pocket looks the best.

Acutually i just went to curcuit city yesterday to pick up a dash kit for my friends teg that im working on and all they had was american inernational dash kits but i do remember going there before and them having metra they looked exactly alike maybe metra changed there name. dunno
