Default Accord Vetch or not

I have a 1996 honda accord lx and with a stock ecu I just bought a vtech ecu is my car pre wired for it ????

First order of business: VTEC

Second, did you happen to buy the vtec head/engine to go with that ecu? If your thinking your going to get madd vtechhh by swapping ecu's, well my geuss is that your going to find out otherwise.
