Where do the VSS wires lead to?

Where do the VSS wires lead to?
On my VSS there is a blue-white, a black-yellow, and a black wire..... where are they supposed to go?
Right now i have blue-white as power, black as ground, and black-yellow as signal, and it dosent work.
I have pins b6, and b11 along with the signal wire together.
The power is coming from b9, and ground to a screw under the dash.
