what starter do i need for a jdm b16a s1 tranny?

went to get a starter from autozone for a 93 acura integra 1.8L but the splines looked different then mine..

the integra was all spline, while mine is a little spline then the rest shaft/

anyone now?

i need a new starter as well.

my car doesnt start and i hear a single click when i try.some people say its the starter solenoid.

i'm thinking we need one from an integra,but i dont know what year or model.

 

yeah well come to find out my timing belt snapped

didnt even know till my buddy came down and saw it. i meen its still there, but i guess its just bunched up under the c-pulley.

o well **** happens right? lets just hope the valves arnt bent

I my start on my LS was going bad so I pulled the one off my B16 S1 trans to get it back on the road, they were pretty much identical, get one for a cable trans, I have heard the hydro ones were different, go to the parts store and ask for one from a 90-93 Integra, they should all be the same for RS,GS,LS and GSR but have them refference the other part numbers to make sure...
