What are the torque specs for installing cams on B16?

hey guys, i'm trying to install a set of cams using a tutorial on c-speedracing and I noticed he didn't supply the torque specs for the cam caps bolts or cam plate bolts.. Can someone please check a manual and let me know?

Is there a PDF B16A manual anywhere?

Also can I use any gasket sealer for the cam caps instead of "honda bond"? thanks

off the top of my head i dont remember, but i think its like 20 lbs or something. the smaller ones are around 7

you really should get a good shop manual, has all the information you would ever need
