I have a question for you guys. I found a clean title'd 88 Civic STD for sale in my area for 1000$. There is no rust on the car, and the body is in very good shape minus a few dings and faded paint. The car also needs a windshield. As for the mods, it has SI interior, a Greddy exhaust system, CRX SI rims with All-Seasons with lots of tread left, and some misc other things. One could say that the interior is actually flawless.

Many of you guys would pick this up in a heartbeat, but the thing is, the car doesn't have a front end. It doesn't have a hood, fenders, headlights, and bumper. Would you guys still swoop this thing up at the current price? Thanks and let me know .

Btw, it also comes with a rebuildable T3 (.48/.60) turbo.

 

I'd say offer like 700 and buy the fenders and ish.

 

They are firm on the 1000$ price .

 

This is how I feel about this stuff. You gotta ask yourself. Do you really want this hatch? I mean really really want? Or maybe need? If the answer to either of those is no then dont even bother. But if you want a EF Hatch to start messing around go for it.

1000 does not seem like to bad of a deal, im always for paying more and finding a gem then paying 500 for a bucket.

If I didn't live on other side of US. I would drive their and buy it before you! I have a 88std hatch that I like a lot, but its rusted to **** and it drives me crazy. I only bought it for $100, while I was in college because I was broke and I totaled my clean 90 civic si in the day. You lucky SOB if I lived in near you I would definitely buy it before you.
