OK heres the deal my timing belt tensioner broke on my h22 swapped ek so i pulled the motor and rebuild the whole thing. today i put the motor in and tried to fire it up. the first time it fired up for like 1/2 a second then it wouldnt to anything else.

i have
fuel
fuel pressure
spark
fuses all good
main relay good

now im not to sure about my distributor. i heard you can put it on 180* off. if anyone could show what it should took like.

tomorow im going to check my compression but im 95% positive its good.
