hey folks,i really need help on this.me and my boy had bought a 2005 honda accord that was smashed.we had fix everything on the car.well now i had run a scan tool on the car since it has a check engine light on and i had a couple of codes that showed up!i have had:

idle air control
shift solinoid stuck open

we haved replace the idle air control and the idle is still jumps up and down.we also tried cleaning it the throttle body and it's still runs the same.what else i need to check.

also i need to know how do i have to replace the shift solinoid?is this solinoid in the trans?not sure were it's lacated at?is it easy to change?let me know need this car to run cherry,really want to drive it....thanx

 

Make sure all the vacume hoses are connected properly & dont have any leaks. Also, try re-seting the ecu. As fas as the solenoid. . I have no idea.
