Dude what kind of dash kit are you refering to a car stereo kit or carbon fiber, colored, or wood grain(lol) dashboard trim kit. You said your good at rephrasing, but for some reason i find that hard believe.

More info for us = more info for you

Okay, now it has gone from "dash kit" to a "RADIO DASH KIT". You're the retard who didn't full specify what you were talking about, even after everyone said to be more SPECIFIC and you still just use the words "dash kit" when its obviously a RADIO dash kit. It might also help if you structured your posts to be SOMEWHAT readable, and not a bunch of random run on sentances. Go have fun at TI

hahaha. it said radio- dash kit, if you read it. and seriously, saying you've never heard of anything like that is ridiculous. all someone needed to say was, " for the radio?" but that seems all too difficult, as i was being as specific as i thought i needed to be. it seems like such bullshit to get worked up over this. i dont know why you're criticizing my writing. i do write long sentences, but they seem to be perfectly alright to receive A's from my law school professors, so i'm not the retard

kind of like you saying TI, instead of team integra. dash kit instead of radio dash kit. why dont you infer a bit before utilizing the half a brain you were blessed with.

First of all, you are the one who who critisized us first<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by sickofitall1113 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">

I have yet to see where you typed "radio dash kit" in this entire post. Sure you gave LINKS to the radio dash kits, but YOU still refer to them as simply "dash kits" when they are RADIO dash kits. And how the hell does TI tie in too dash kit? TI stands for Team Integra, and is simply an abbreviation, your talking on and on about dash kits when you should be saying RADIO dash kits. Not the same thing.
And since your so good at installing "dash kits" you should know how to fix the ******* problem!

oye yoy. wow. its not a "problem", friend, its a matter of fitting. my RADIO DASH KIT, fits quite poorly. so before i go out and buy one from wal mart, circuit city, best buy, online, eBay, and wherever else i can find them, i thought i would ask. you know, so as to save like 100 bucks buying up everyone RADIO DASH KIT i can find. and guess what i still have NO ANSWERS ABOUT THIS. and i dont expect any.

If your obviously having porblems with fitment, 20 to 1 its not the right radio dash kit for your car. What then is the only thing to do to fix the problem? Simply buy another radio dash kit. You say you do installation of radio dash kits, so you should be able to do some problem solving yourself. Its not like you put up any pictures of your problem, so all we know, is that "your radio dash kit doesnt fit right". My suggestion on the best fit would be the OEM radio dash kit. How is that for an answer?

yea buying another one is obvious. but see i was asking which ones fit best for people in their 3rd gen. you know, so i could get a good one without just doing trial an error. i said i have put many in. i meant in my cars, i do not install them for people

My bet would be OEM. Don't have to worry about any fitting issues. Might be a little more brand new, or you might be able to find a used one in the marketplace.

Im not too sure. You would have to look at the dimensions of the radio, and the dimensions of the OEM radio dash kit. A simple call up to a radio installation place SHOULD be able to tell you. I know when I got a new head unit for my DA they had to change out the radio kit for something else.

I'm using a kit from best kits in my 95 GSR part number BKHONK828. http://www.bestkits.com/ViewIm...8.jpgfits nice and snug. also gives you the option of din or iso mounting your head unit. I decided to ISO mount my alpine and use the trim ring provided with the kit for a nice flush look, rather than the alpine cage and trim ring. Funny thing is i've always used metra but this kit hasn't disapointed me

I just used the strap and then put a shim under the OEM pocket and stuffed it in there. It looks clean.

You might find the Audio / Security / Video forum to be a better resource for this sort of question.

I guess the metra, although I don't like how any of the kits just snap in and pretty much can be ripped out by pulling on the pocket. I've used Scosche and Ai and they're all the same design.

You probably didn't cut the tabs right.

I'm just going to put a double din radio in.
