VTEC Solenoid Seal
the number 12 would be it correct?
012 15825-P08-005 FILTER ASSY., SPOOL VALVE
and several more qestions:
1. http://www.acuraoemparts.com good site to buy it from??
2. Would it be leaking oil from the vtec solenoid when car is in idle?

yes that is the solenoid gasket.
yes baranco is excellent, although if that is all you are buying you are gonna pay $10 for shipping and might save a dollar or two ordering it from a local dealer.
it could be leaking if that gasket is damaged.
