that engine is basically the same as your Si engine, but has 118hp - will bolt right into your car the same as if it were another Si engine - just put your engine wiring harness on the ZC and you are good to go

why not go with the dohc zc .. 20 more hp and it still just plugs in. only about 150 more.

edit: never mind.. their sold out.

The dohc zc is a great motor, but I'd stick with the sohc for more aftermarket/swap support. Unless your spraying, or going boost with zc dohc, then your just a badass

Thanx for all the info peepz!..Ya, Im going with the sohc for now because that's all I can afford..Just want to get the car running and it will still be fun..

On the ZC dohc motor I thought you had to add lik3 3-4 wires for the second cam or something?? i don't think it's a direct plug & start with si harmess..But thanx for the recommedation..

I believe at least the distributor plug is different for the DOHC ZC.

all you have to do is connect the distributor wires up.. depin the plug.. take the two cam sensor wires and add a little bit of wire on them and connect the wires to the cam sensor.. not too hard.
