Default horn on momo steering wheel?

does anyone have instructions on how to make my horn work on my monte carlo momo steering wheel?...i hate it when im at a light and the person in front doesnt move when it turns green. i cant do **** but sit there.

been running w/out a horn for a while, not too safe IMO.
