Default Good alignment place in the East Bay?

Does anybody know where a good alignment place is in the East Bay? Preferably near Berkeley but anything is good. Any place that does a good job and is cheap is what I'm looking for. Thank you in advance!

Oh yeah, preferably anything that does it with recessed lifts and tools, not computers, or if they use computers, they know how to take into account lowered vehicles.

caster wont be adjustable. if you want your toe to be exactly zero, tires will wear out because if the car is moving the tires want to pull the oppsite way. and as of camber, as long as camber kits are there i can set it how much you want. the toe is all i really can do with just the stock components. i can also provide a print out of where the spec was before and after.

as of right now, 96 civic 4door but waiting to put my DA back on the road. the shop is called RYNCK tire and auto center. if you guys need a alignment, come at me on sun. or schedule a appointment with me for a sunday. sunday is usually our slowest day but sometimes we be busy so you can drop off your car and go on main and go site seeing for white girls or you can chill and wait. 40 bucks to adjust just the toe and 60 bucks with camber kits. will come with a print out of the alignment specs.

i can also do other things. power steering flush with a flush machine, brake bleeding, turning brakes + new pads, install shocks, install camber kits, install headers, basically anything you want me to do i can do at my shop ONLY on sunday. if you need something big done, you would have to schedule a appointment with me. i can do front/rear rotors and pads for cheap, things like that i can do at my home. if anyone is interested in some work being done, pay way less by coming to me!
