maybe your harness is messed up. something probably ripped under all that tape and loom.

check that one plug that goes on the end of the harness. it looks liek a dead plug. its on the driver side next to the clutch master cylinder.

What is the voltage on the coil positive (+) during cranking?

What is the voltage on the coil positive (+) and negative (-) during cranking?

Can you hear your injectors clicking during cranking?

Is this the type of distributor with the coil inside? Therefore, did you check the spark in there?

Does the check engine light come on then go out normally?

Same exact shyt is goin on wit my boys 96 coupe, no spark, take off the distributer cap and see if the rotor spins wen u try to turn the car on, if it doesn't it maybe the cam that's what a friend of mine told my friend it was cuz I guess wen the cam spins it makes the spark in the distributer then spreads it thru the wires to the plugs to the motor. Anyways the cam gear spun but the cam didn't maddd wierd but see if the rotor spins wen u take off the cap
