i have a 95 teg which means the tails have the amber corners(duh) well i dont mind them but i like the look of the 98+ but i dont have the money to drop on tail lights, i have more impotant things to worry about, but could i use a krylon spray paint and clear coat to match the reds to make everyhitng blend together or would that be to much of a risk of makking it too much and really ugly???


i already tried A/C

 

Mask off around the the orange, get a good coat of red on it,
then spray the complete piece with clear once the red is fully dry.

Then possibly a good buffing after the final clearcoat is dry.

 

ok those were my intensions but is there a certain shade of red, i dont want burgandy corners...lol

if i were you i'd just pay $10 to buy some transparent red vinyl overlays off ebay that you can stick over your signals and peel them off when you don't like it anymore.

i did it myself about 4 or 5 months ago and they still look good!
