Well it was a plus that i knew in my head was true, but was a little weary that they would be deemed ugly ahha.

14" came stock on steelies for accords
offset is 33+, people who have used 96' ITR wheels with +38 offset have used 5mm spacers to bring the offset lower to +33 to clear the calipers, so i'm confident it would fit.
