car won't start after swap
I have a 91 accord, after the timing belt snap, I decided to replace the engine since the car have 256,000 mi on it. I dropped a 92 accord f22a6 engine in, and now the problem is that it won't start...the starter did crank....but won't start...anyone please help...
check; spark, injector pulse, compression, timing. Is that the same engine you took out? Do they look the same? (intake) If looking at front of car. Left side of exhaust manifold. Down a little on flat part of block. Look for F22A1, F22A4, or F22A6. on both blocks. If same look for a plug you missed. or Ill be back in 24 hours. Because im NEW TO THIS SITE.

reconnect your transaxle to body ground, most common i would say
or your engine harness ground to intake manifold or thermostat housing (not sure where 4gen harness ground is located)
or your engine harness ground to intake manifold or thermostat housing (not sure where 4gen harness ground is located)
I will recheck everything, and I will let you guys know. Ok...i got the car started...b/c of not enough ground, but it idling btw 1000 to 1500 rpm when starting up the car. also, while the engine is running i can shift into 1 and 2 gears without press on the clutch. what could be wrong? and is the fan supports to run when connected to the battery? please help
