Default HELP!!! Carbon Fiber Hood Scratch (Pics) Removable ?

Ok well i was messing with my car and sum how found these nasty scratchs on my carbon fiber hood.. Is there a method u guys would recommend to trying to get it out..

if theyre not deep..try a light wet sand and buff

they dont seem deep, but more of like when u scratch fiber glass (it has that dull look to it).. but also my only problem is i never wet sanded before lol.. what grit paper should i use and do i only wetsand the scratches or the area around it as well like a circle almost? Last Question How do u know when ur done wetsanding. Meaning when uve sanded far enought and know when to stop before u ruin the carbon weeve?
