It's a 1991 integra RS 5spd stock motor with 160k on it. It passes inspection, I just got it inspected and it passed on the dyno.

In this pic below, right underneath the tailight there is some rust. You can see it a little bit on the pic. There's isn't anywhere else.

No its a real JDM hood not just the emblem. It's the same thing as the ones over here except it got padding underneath and has japenese writing.
