Default Selling a 5th gen.

i was just wondering, i have a 5th gen prelude im gonna sell. it's a 1997, has 107,500 mi on it, intake, headers, exhaust (all street legal) body kit, leather int., 18" wheels wrapped in a yokohama tire. can anyone help me out, and tell me wut you think its worth...

i think its worth you sending up all your manual tranny bits to the guy in canada, so he can do a swap.

IMO ... worth about $5500 AS IS ... if it's 5speed
worth about $4500-4900 AS IS ... if it's automatic

Tell us the quality of your parts and mayBe the price will go up ..

I would pay more if the body kit and 18" rims were off.

Still, I think it's worth around $5000.

runs great and cond is great too. the paint in the front has paint chips. ive driven it with care, and never raced it or anythi, but it is 10 years old. and its dealer maintained.

You can probably get around 6k on autotrader maybe 7K if your parts are quality and the car is clean. Doesn't matter about book value, its about market value.

Aftermarket parts DECREASE the value of a car no matter what quality it is, unless ofcourse you can charm some r1c3b01 into thinkin y0 jayde'em header, intake and exhaust are blinging. But in all honestly aftermarket parts should decrease the value.
