I know http://www.optauto.com has them, but they are about ~$40. I bought some clear replicas for about $20 and painted them w/ Tamiya clear orange model paint. 
BTW this is how it looked on the 93.5-95 J-spec Integras, as well as all other 94-01 Integras sold outside the U.S. or Japan.
