offset for 5 lug on a ek hb

Like the topic says, what offset is suggested with the 5 lug hubs/spindle? Does it matter if it is off an integra as opposed to a civic type r?

i believe its the same but i thought i read somewhere that they use different hubs, so to answer your question, i dunno
