what gearbox for 560hp b18c civic?

what gearbox for 560hp b18c civic?
hello from greece.
i got a b18c 560 hp (not at the wheels) at 18 psi (sleeved engine) , but i got no AVCr so i my best time was 12.5sec which i know is terrible! the car is 92-95 3door civic ...
the transmission i have is from a gsr and helps me finish with 4d gear and 120-125 miles.
what can i do to improve my times?? i ll get an avcr at the beginning and also i want a much longer 1st gear.....is there anythin i can for that??
also one time the final drive axle was broken! is there anyone that has stronger than OEM ?
