Shave down the caliper face, get spacers, or shave down on the inner part of the rim.

Or, post something worth while that someone could possibly benefit from. He ask if it was possible, and if so; how. Not "will theze rimz look tight yo!?"

OP: Spacers would work best. They can be found on ebay.

I had a buddy with HX wheels on his DA and he used 3 or 5mm(dont remember) spacers and it worked perfect. Just make sure to find hub centric spacers or your wheel shimmy at freeway speed as if the wheels were not balanced.

I would not put spacers on any of my cars. I agree with the other poster---you can find stock DC2 rims or DA rims for really cheap. They would look better, too.

Your a dumb *** and so is P Nut. The whole point is not for looks. Have you ever see HX on a DA, it looks ok, and it isnt the best looking wheel I agree, but HX wheels are stupid lite. Its ok to put spacer on a car. Sports cars like the M3 and the 911 are built to run spacer from the factory for certain suspension setups and wider rims. Also the guy didnt ask you for your opinion what you think about it, he just wanted to know how to do it. hence the tech section.

Care to post a link to this assumption of yours? You think the R&D crew at BMW and Porsche team up with some wheel spacer manufactorer so they can run their suspension specs according to a wheel spacer?

Here is another aspect that you probably overlooked--how many performance tires are available for 14" rims? I could only find a couple decent tires for a 14" rim. On the other hand, there are TONS of 15" performance tires available--RT615's, S03's, RE010's, etc. etc. Not to mention R-Comps. So if the whole point is not for looks, and obviously it's not for performance--what is the point?

Spacers is, without a doubt, your cheapest and easiest route.

Good luck and post some pictures.
