Default hmm i think its a cross member???

i got to on accident with my 91 civic hatchback. as far as i can see the control arm, axle and something else i cant remember need to get replace which is no problem.

Now when i started taking everything apart, i notice a part that holds the front control arm is a little bent (not the hub side) Im not sure if it is a cross member or not but if it is can the be replace ???

The upper mounts to the strut stower on the inside, the lower connects to the REAR sub frame, IN THE FRONT! and above he started that it was the lower i beleive. if not my mistake. but if so there is a pic above it is the far large part in the diagram.

thank you for my services. lol.
