Default crx suspension

i want a suspension that lowers my rex a lot and has a smooth ride. i currently bought a set of skunk 2 coilovers that take turns fast but i cant go more than 60 on the freeway without feeling like im driving over moguls, i have literally hit my head on my roof 20 times. my buddy has a set of teins on his ek, but i dont know what ones to buy and if i do buy them will it have a smooth ride, im looking to spend between 500-1000, thanks

Typically low and smooth don't go into the same sentence due to bump stops.

No, then you will start snapping axles. Bump stops are there for a reason. Low = hit bump stops and the shock is out of travel as it is compressed. If you want it on the ground you will have to deal with the harsh ride. Raise the car up get some decent suspension and go from there. Konis + GC, Tein, PIC all good stuff
