ex header on lx and head
if i want to swap my f22 non vtec head with the ex vtec is it possible to do? and im assuming i'd need the ex ecu.
also, how hard is it to put the EX header on a LX, what doesn't bolt up and what has to be modified.

For your first question, there's a write-up in the Accord FAQ.
Your second question is asked quite often... All you will need to do is extend the O2 sensor wires, since the sensor is located further downstream on the EX manifold. I can't comment about the heatshield though.

yeah i wasn't sure about the heat shield. I mean i could just use a EX one couldn't i? or do they not have one. But i was told the EX doesn't bolt up exactly
the F22B1 manifold bolts up just fine to the F22B2. I sold my F22B1 exhaust manifold to a member on here who put it onto a F22B2 (don't remember the trim of their car though). All he said he had to do was extend the O2 sensor wires like stated above, nothing about not bolting up to the head.
The F22B1 manifold does have a heat shield, but I don't know if the F22B2 heat shield will fit. You could most likely go to a junkyard and pick one up for real cheap though.

IDK, best bet is to check the FS/WTB sticky.
If I still had the heat shield from my F22B1 (couldn't find when I sold the manifold, found later, then thrown out) I would send it to you for the cost of shipping.
