Default Possible motor mount issues...

my cars been making a squeeling sound like it is a lose belt or something rubber, i looked over all of my belts and they seem tight and theres no sign of wear. Do motor mounts make any noise when they start to go? when i got my car inspected this year the shop said that i might have to replace my right side motor mount to pass next year. Could this be the cause of the rubber squeel?
