You will find it in the section labled "rear-beam". The term "rear-beam" refers to the sub-frame located aft of the engine. I don't know why they put the tower-bar in there, but thats where you'll find it. If you want to know the actual Honda part number (instead of HAP's made-up reference number), you can look it up on HondaPartsDeals.com or SLHondaParts.com...
