FIA race seats,are these seats expired??? pic of FIA certification inside
turning daily into a part time rally car, becuase i got an offer on the current car im running(lets just say a very good deal for an 89 hatch!!!!!!)

they are cobra seats the guy thats selling em says he bought them A LONG time ago just want to know if they are still good

i do believe that seats dont go bad, i could be wrong but im almost positive that seats dont go bad
It's the actual seat that's in question, but rather whether or the FIA certification is still valid under FIA's current rules (I assume they'fe change in the last 10-12 years)

yea this is the actual seat lol, ya i didnt see a experation date , you think there still good?
FIA Standards state that the seat expires five years from the manufacturing date, and may be granted a two-year extension after that if it is returned and refurbished by the manufacturer.
So those seats haven't been good since 2002.
