all i have to say is: do one thing at a time. start with one corner and finish that, then move to another corner of the car.. your gonna need some serious downtime to change them all, but your car will handle like never before when you finish.

how much did the kit cost?

you can probably do most yourself, if you don't have access to a 40lb press you may want to remove the front and rear control arms and drop them off at a shop to press them out and new in, but usually its not cheap.

start with front lower controll arm bushings . the top most point. where it hooks to the main crossmember. The way i usually do it since breaking my press installing an energy suspension bushing by pressing the old ones out is:

Take off whatever piece your working on.
get a large shitty drill bit. some drill a holes thru the rubber untill you can twist rip the metal center sleve out. then use a sawsall recip saw with a metal hack saw blade to make a slot thru the big bushing outside sleeve. and tap it with a chisel it will pretty much fall out. then lube up the pieces with silicone lube and squish in with a vice and some sockets for spacers. it takes more time than you would expect. i usually paint all the pieces with gloss black engine paint while im at it because that stuff lasts forever even with salt on the roads that we have here.

I figured this out myself. Now someone will tell me im wrong. even though ive done maybe 10 cars this way.

with my crx I have done them both ways...
1. burn the rubber mounts then sawzall the collers out and
2. had a machine shop press out the bushings and install the new ones.

if you are not to tight on money and I would do what you can yourself like the sway bushings, linkage, etc. and take the other to a machine shop for like ~$200

Have fun removing the old LCA bushings. Those fuggers get so god damn rusted in plus they are a press fit.

when i replaced my front bushing i used a big hammer and beat the old ones out. the new ones i press in using a vice and a little beating on the top had no probs. just do one at a time that way you knwo how things go back.
