Default Brake Light when driving?

I have this weird problem that started popping up the other day. When I make turns about about 10mph, and sometimes even when I'm starting to move the brake light comes on but only for a few seconds at most and then turns back off.

When it's on, it is red but it's not as bright as if, say, I have the e-brake on.

Any ideas?

x2. Low fluid means either you have a hydraulic leak or your pads are getting thin
