Anyone heard of the M2T4 gearbox for prelude h22a (or just h22a) searched but couldnt find anything, googled it and found out it is indeed a obviously RARE lsd box.

I got one in my car but anyone else have one? box is in a 1997 JDM SiR bb6

Well, it's not listed in the FAQ Tranny threads..

There's quite a few M2_4 trannys.
And a T2T4 tranny...

So you're probably one of the few...

 

No. Thats not accurate exactly.

M2A4 - jdm non lsd
M2B4 - jdm lsd..

both end in 4, and not both are lsd.

There ya go... No, there is no correlation between LSD and an ending digit of '4.' Pretty easy to find out, just check the two Tranny threads in the FAQ.

i'll add it to the tranny FAQ....do you have any info about the gear ratios?
i did a couple of searches but couldn't come up with much

 

ummm wouldnt have a clue bout the ratio's.. but

1st gear redline = 60km/h
2nd gear redline = 100(approx)km/h
3rd gear redline = 150(approx)km/h
and 4th gear hits speed limiter of 180km/h

did we ever decide if it had lsd or not?

 

it has lsd. spins up both wheels.
