When I first installed the intake everything was fine no rattles or anything. About 4 months down the road something in the engine bay is hitting agaist the cone or heat shield. I took the whole intake off, put it back on still the same vibration. You feel it in the clutch and you hear it when you let off the gas. Does anybody else have this problem? Its really anoying, it makes me not wanna drive the car.

 

I had that same problem with my Injen sri i felt it in my clutch etc it was a combo of the filter hitting something and my intake wasent positioned 100% correct. I had to trim the inside of the elbow a little bit and really play with it so the intake tubing would fit well. I would make sure the flexible elbow is not bending like with a crease in it this will mess up the air flow and you will feel. The main thing is the filter hitting something double check that after i did these 2 things i haven't had a problem since also check your vibration mount for sturdiness.
